Eagle JV defeats Knights, 2-1
The Christian learning junior varsity girls volleyball team rallied to defeat Cambridge in the International gym Thursday afternoon.
The Little Knights took the first set 25-22. The second set was a similarly close battle in which the score was tied at 17-17. The Eagles then pulled ahead and won the set 25-20.
The deciding third set was tied at 5-5, but at that point the Knights seemed to run out of steam and the Eagles surged ahead to win 15-8.
Griffins beat Jaguars decisively
The International girls junior varsity girls volleyball team captured a straight sets victory over Cooperative Tuesday afternoion in the Jaguars gym.
The Griffins took the first set 25-17, and the second 25-20.
