The Cambridge junior varsity boys soccer team defeated Christian Learning 2-0 Thursday afternoon in a game played on the International field.
Cambridge led 1-0 at the half on a goal by Mauricio Soto, and added another goal in the second half, this one by Daniel Kirigin.
Jaguar, Griffin JVs deadlock 1-1
The Cooperative and International junior varsity boys soccer teams played to a 1-1 tie in a contest that took place on the Jaguars field Thursday afternoon.
International won the post game penalty shoot out for the bonus point in the standings 6-5
Alexander Medina scored the Jaguar goal, and Samir Nostas tallied for the Griffins during the game itself.
