Jaguar JV narrowly defeats Eagles, 3-2
Both the Cooperative and the Christiann Learning girls junior varsity teams were a person short for the game Friday at the Jaguar field, but the Cooperative team benefited from the fact that one of its ten was superstar Tania Landivar.
Landivar tallied three times for the Jaguars, all in the first half. Lim Ae Lin scored an answering goal for the Eagle girls in the first half, making the score 3-1 at halftime.
Christian Learning got a second goal in the second half from Luciana Colina, while holding the Jaguars scoreless in the second half, making the final score 3-2.
The junior Eagles will get one more chance to defeat the Jaguars in the JV championship games Thursday.
