Tied up! Griffins, Jags match goals
The International and Cooperative junior varsity girls soccer teams finished their match Tuesday at International in yet another of those 1-1 ties that have become endemic in the junior varsity results for both boys and girls this year,
Cooperative scored first on a goal by Paula Sakuma in the first half when she knocked the ball in off a corner kick.
International's Sofia Sciaroni tied things up when she took charge of a kick by her own goalie on the first or second bounce and then fired the ball into the goal.
International won the shootout for the bonus point in the standings 3-1.
Eagle JV shuts out Knights 2-0

The Christian Learning junior varsity girls soccer team defeated the Cambridge Knights 2-0 in a tough game on the Cooperative field Tuesday.
The Eagles controlled the ball for the majority of the game, and Emily Ordoñez scored twice to give the Eagles the victory. (More to come)
