Jaguars, Knights battle to scoreless tie
The Cooperative and Cambridge junior varsity boys soccer teams each had lots of chances to score in a rock-'em-sock-'em match on the Jaguars field Thursday, but neither side could get the ball in the net.
The Jaguars picked up an extra point in the standings by winning the postgame penalty shot shootout 5-3.

Ther outcome represented a considerable improvement for Cambridge, which had lost to Cooperative 4-0 on opening day.




DIVING SAVE -- Eagle goalie Wesley Ordoñez kept the score close with outstanding saves.

Little Griffins edge Eagles, 1-0



The International boys junior varsity boys soccer team scored a narrow 1-0 win over Christian Learning in a hard-fought contest on the Griffins' field Thursday.

The lone goal was scored in the opening half by Julio Ribeiro.
