The Cooperative junior varsity girls soccer team won a decisive 5-0 victory over Cambridge on the Jaguars home field in the heat of Tuesday afternoon.
The first goal was made by the Jaguar Paula Sakuma, but the game had only begun. A few minutes later the second goal for the Jaguars was also scored by Sakuma. And before the first half ended Michelle Lederman made the score 3-0 in favor of the Jaguars.
The fourth goal came in the beginning of the second half and was scored by Andrea Chavez, who also scored the Jaguars fifth goal, and the Jaguars celebrated a 5-0 victory.

The Griffins and Eagles tied 1-1 on Tuesday due to very good offense from International and very good defense from the Christian Learning Center. In the first half the ball stayed near the Learning Center's goal but the first half remained scoreless.

In the second half the Griffins made the first goal, but the Eagles responded soon after with a goal of their own. At the end of the second half the score was 1-1.
To decide who would gain an extra point in the rankings, a penalty shootout was held. During the penalty shots the Eagles switched goalies, but an argument between the coaches and referees led to the goalie being switched back. In the end, International made 3 of their shots and the Eagles made 1.
